Lady Floyd, who died 30 June, 2025, aged 88, was the wife of Sir Giles Floyd, 7th Baronet.
She was born Judy Sophia Tregoning, 11 July, 1936, scion of that landed gentry family of Landue, the elder daughter of William Leonard Tregoning, CBE (1902-1991), headof that family, of Landue, near Launceston, Cornwall, by his 2nd wife the former Doris Mary Elwes Josselyn (1907-1985), scion of that landed gentry family. and married 1stly, 14 February, 1958, Thomas Lane, of Tickencote Hall, Stamford, Lincolnshire, son of Eric Angell Lane, of Serpentine House, Holbeach, Lincolnshire, by whom she had three daughters, Miranda, Charlotte and Suzy; and married 2ndly, in 1985, as his second wife, Sir Giles Henry Charles Floyd, 7th Baronet (born 27 February, 1932), son of Sir John Duckett Floyd, 6th Baronet (1903-1975), and his wife the former Jocelin Evadne Wyldbore-Smith (who died 17 Jan, 1976).
