Pell, younger son of Gerald Keith Sinclair Pell (born 5 Feb, 1946), of North Huish, Devon, and his wife the former Heather Ann Rayner (born 11 Nov, 1941), descended from the Chaworth-Musters landed gentry family, & Alice Catherine Mary Gore (born 1988), scion of the Gore baronets, daughter of William Ralph St John Gore (born 31 January, 1956), of Pencarrow, Camelford, Cornwall, and his wife the former Mary Susan Collingridge.
