The engagement was announced 11 January, 2025, between Edmund B. Fulford (born 1996), scion of that landed family of Great Fulford, second son of Francis Fulford (born 1957), of Great Fulford, Devon, and his wife the former Kishanda Tulloch, & Lulu F.M. Wallis, eldest daughter of Mr & Mrs Stephen Wallis, of Withersfield, Suffolk.
