The engagement was announced 25 February, 2023, between Juston Frederick Keene (born 1989), second son of the late Richard Miles Keene, of Mill Court, Hampshire, and his wife the former Rachel Amanda Ogilvie Thompson (born 12 Oct, 1960), descended from the Viscounts Hampden, & Hannah Shiera Scott (born 1991), daughter of Roderick Arthur (Rory) Scott (born 16 Feb, 1958), of Wisborough Green, West Sussex, descended from the Barons Colgrain, and his wife the former Petrina Jane Trehearne (born 1959), a granddaughter of the life peer the Baron Harvington (1907-1997).
