The engagement was announced 16 February, 2023, between Evangelos Fotopoulos, son of Mr and Mrs Michael Fotopoulos, of Johannesburg, South Africa, and Antonia Leonora D. Foyle (born 6 July, 1988), scion of that landed gentry family, and book sellers, younger daughter of Anthony George Eugene Foyle (born June, 1950), of Earlston, Berwickshire, and Mrs Foyle.
