The engagement was announced 11 February, 2023, between Thomas W. Hall, son of Mr & Mrs Nigel Hall, and Octavia Eugenia Threlfall (born 1993), scion of that landed gentry family, daughter of Hugh Threlfall (born 1961), and his wife the former Guisela Gray.
