Rachel Seligman [nee Burgess] wife of Jocelyn David Seligman [born 1983], gave birth to a son, Miles James Leopold, 10 November, 2021.
Jocelyn is a son of Mark Donald Seligman [born 1956], of Kensington, and his wife the former Louise Angela Mary De Zulueta [born 27 October, 1956], descended from the Barons Windlesham.
Rachel Seligman is a daughter of Paul Burgess, of Carryduff, co Down & Mrs Deirdre Gorman.
