The engagement has been announced between Dr Alexander Maidwell-Smith, son of Dr and Mrs Mark Maidwell-Smith, of Killiow, Cornwall, and Natalie Victoria Condie [born 1992], daughter of Lieutenant-Colonel Ian Condie, of Blandford Forum, Dorset, and his wife the former Victoria Karen Gourlay [born 1961], daughter of James Gourlay of Kincraig [1930-2008], 28th Chief of Kincraig.
