_. Lady Max Percy [nee Princess Nora Amelie Claudia Christiana Maria Notgera zu Oettingen, born 10 June, 1990], wife of Lord Max Ralph Percy [born 26 May, 1990], gave birth to a daughter, Romy Jane, in Munich, 31 July, 2019.
Lord Ralph is the second son of the 12th Duke of Northumberland [born 16 Nov, 1956], of Alnwick Castle, and Syon House, by his wife the former Isobel Jane Miller Richard.
Lady Max Percy is the third daughter of Albrecht Ernst Otto Joseph Maria Notger, Prince of Oettingen Oettingen & Oettingen-Spielberg, by his wife the former Angela Jank.
Romy is the first grandchild for the Duke and Duchess of Northumberland.
