_. Peter Kennaway Arbuthnot, who died 9 February, 2019, aged 88, was a scion of the Arbuthnot baronets. He served as a Lieut, Royal Navy.
He was born 21 September, 1930, son of Capt Ernest Kennaway Arbuthnot (1876-1945), by his second wife the former Gladys Mann (who died in 1946), and was a yr brother of Lieut-Cdr John Kennaway Arbuthnot (1927-98); married 11 May, 1957, Mia Nevile, daughter of Maj Percy Montague Nevile, of Skelbrooke, Co York, by whom he had issue, one son. He adopted 2 daughters.
The funeral takes place at Holy Trinity Church, Lower
