Howard/Childs engagement

The engagement was announced 5 December, 2014, between the Hon Bernard Nicholas Howard (b 1976), son of the Baron Howard of Lympne,CH, PC, QC, life peer (b 1941)  who as Michael Howard was a Conservative MP and leader of the Conservative party, by his wife the former Sandra Clare Paul, fashion model, daughter of Wing Cdr Saville Paul (see Earls of Home) & Miss E.A. (Betsy) Childs, younger daughter of Mr & Mrs Larry Childs, of Birmingham, Alabama.
