Manners/ Ross engagement

_.The engagement was announced in March, 2013 between the Lord Edward John Francis Manners (b 29 May 1965), scion of the Dukes of Rutland (Duke, cr 1703), yr son of the late Charles John Robert, 10th Duke of Rutland, CBE (1919-99), of Belvoir Castle, Grantham, by his wife the former (Frances) Helen Sweeny, & Gabrielle Elizabeth F. Ross (b 1965), daughter of Peter F. Ross, of Chelsea, by his wife the former Marianne M. Alexander.
