.The engagement was announced 6 March, 2013, between Count John-Maximilian de Salis (born 1986), son of Count John Bernard Humbert Philip de Salis (b 1947), of Grandson, Switzerland,  and Countess de Salis, and Miss Pauline B. de Baden, only dau of Mr & Mrs Nicholas Borsinger de Baden, of Horben and Geneva,. Switzerland.

Count John Maximilian is descended from the Earls Brownlow (ext)
