Dr Alix L.C. Smith (nee Brazier, wife of Matthew John Patrick Smith [born 1988], scion of the Smith landed family of Shottesbrooke, gave birth to a son, Nicholas Guy Christian, 12 April, 2023.
Alix is a daughter of John and Véronique Brazier, of Wimbledon, London. Matthew Smith is a son of Bartholemew Evan Eric Smith [born 1955], of Shottesbrooke, Berkshire, by his wife the former Catherine Nicola Blanche Rowan-Hamilton [born 2 Aug, 1957], scion of that landed family.
Matthew Smith is a grandson of Sir John Lindsay Eric Smith, CBE [1923-2007], by his wife the former Christian Margaret Carnegy [born 1927], scion of the Earls of Northesk.
Matthew is a great-nephew of the late Fortune, Duchess of Grafton, GCVO [1920-2021].
