The engagement was announced 8 October, 2022, between Luke Rollo Lupton [born 1991], son of Charles Lupton [born 1960], of Malvern, Worcestershire, and his wife Susan, and Romy Doris Elliott [born 1990], daughter of the Hon Richard John Elliott [born 1959], of Chelsea, London, and Mrs Elliott, and a granddaughter of the late life peer the Baron Elliott of Morpeth [1920-2011].
