The engagement was announced 6 November, 2019, between Julian James Locke Marx [born 1983], younger son of the late David George Locke Marx [1936-2010], by his wife the former Jill Morag Dickie, of Fulham, London, & Adriana Lievano, the only daughter of Señor Ricardo Lievano and Senora Gloria Menjura, of Bogota, Colombia.
