The engagement was announced 29 October, 2019, between the Hon Benjamin Vavasseur Fisher [born 1958], a widower, son of the 3rd Baron Fisher [1921-2012], by his first wife the former Elizabeth Ann Penelope Holt, and Mrs Emma Elizabeth Stamper, former wife of Angus James Stamper, and daughter of Michael J.B. Crowe, by his wife the former Elizabeth J Milbank.
Benjamin Fisher's first marriage was to Pamela Margaret Cooper. She died in 2016.
