The marriage took place in 2015, between Alexander Richard Woodfield (born 1985); and Catriona Helen Cairns (born 1984), scion of the Earls Cairns, daughter of Francis John Hugh Cairns (born 1 August, 1942), and his wife the former Ulla Agneta Bylander.
Catriona Woodfield is a great-great-granddaughter of the 1st Earl Cairns.
