Runewitsch/Leigh-Pemberton engagement

The engagement was announced 4 July, 2014, between Rupert Runewitsch, son of Mr & Mrs Jay Runewitsch, of London, & Lucinda Rose Leigh-Pemberton (born 1987), scion of that landed family, daughter of the Hon James Henry Leigh-Pemberton (b 1956),of Milstead, Kent, by his wife the former Catarina Elizabeth Cowan, dau of John Cowan. Lucinda Leigh-Pemberton is a granddaughter of the late life peer the Baron Kingsdown, KG, PC 1927-2013, Governor of the Bank of England 1983-93, &c.
