McC Scrope, scion of that ancient landed family & descended from the Earls of Mexborough, son of Mr & Mrs Philip Scrope, and Meriel Lavinia Margaret Buxton (b 26 July, 1980), scion of the Buxton Baronets (Bt, cr 1840), daughter of James Anthony Fowell Buxton (b 14 Mar, 1948), by his wife the former Margaret Elizabeth Russell (b 11 Oct, 1945), scion of the Barons Ampthill (B, UK, cr 1881), &c. -=-
