__.Helen Titley (b 1978, nee Webb-Carter), wife of Henry Titley, gave birth to a daughter, Celia Agatha Dorothy, 27 June, 2013. Henry is the son of of Mr and Mrs Guy Titley, of Pewsey, Wiltshire, and Helen is a daughter of Major General Sir Evelyn and the Hon Lady Webb-Carter, of Fairford, Gloucestershire. Helen Celia Titley is the elder dau of Maj-Gen Sir Evelyn WEBB-CARTER KCVO OBE DL (b 1946, the gt grandson of the 3rd Viscount HOOD (1808-1846)) and the Hon (Anne) Celia WIGRAM (b 1945, dau of 2nd & present Baron WIGRAM (b 1915) and his late wife, a scion of the Barons PENRHYN). -=-
