_.The engagement was announced 8 September, 2012, between William Henry van Cutsem (b 1979), fourth son of Hugh Bernard Edward van Cutsem (b 1941), of Hilborough, Norfolk, descended from the Marquesses of Northampton, by his wife the former Emilie Quarles van Ufford (b 1946), and Rosanna Ruck Keene (b 1983), daughter of David Kenneth Lancelot Ruck Keene (b 1948), of Troy, Oxfordshire, scion of that landed family, of Waterstock, formerly of Swyncombe House, and Mrs Ruck Keene (nee Wild).
