Mellor/Elek engagement

The engagement was announced 24 January, 2007, between Julian C.M. Mellor, son of the late Brigadier James Frederick Charles Mellor, DSO, OBE, by his wife the former Ann Hatton (now Lady Heathcote, wife of Sir Gilbert Simon Heathcote, 9th Baronet, CBE), & Mrs Caroline Felicia Elek (b. 1953), daughter of the late Edward Dudley Delevingne (d. 1974), by his wife the former Hon Angela Margo Hamar Greenwood (b. 1912), daughter of the 1st Viscount Greenwood, PC, KC (1870-1948).
