The Lady Julia Claire Barnard (nee Hope Johnstone, b. 1974), wife of Andrew Barnard and daughter of the 11th Earl of Annandale & Hartfell, gave birth to a daughter, Alice Georgina, at Cresswell Maternity Wing, Dumfries, a sister for Emily.
