Cara Rose Cohen (b 2025)

Emma Florence Cohen (née Gamon), wife of Rupert Lionel Cohen [born 1986], gave birth to a daughter, Cara Rose, 8 September, 2025, a sister for Kitty, who was born 15 November, 2023.

Rupert is the younger son of Sir Jonathan Lionel Cohen, QC [born 8 May, 1951], of London, and his wife the former Bryony Frances Carfrae.

Emma Cohen [born 1991], is the younger daughter of Charles W.T. Gamon [born 1956], of Leigh, Kent, and his wife the former Michele S. Arthur.

The marriage took place, 18 September, 2025, at Marylebone Town Hall, between Mark Henry Cosimo von Westenholz (born 8 January, 1973), the second son of the late Charles Patrick Paul Graf von Westenholz (1945-2006), of Widford, Hertfordshire, by his wife, the former Lady Mary Marianella Anne Kerr (b0rn 20 March, 1944), scion of the Marquesses of Lothian, & Miss Saira Zaki (born April, 1973).

Mark von Westenholz is a grandson of the late 12th Marquis of Lothian, KCVO (1922-2004). 

It is Mr von Westenholz's second marriage. He married firstly in 2005, Melissa Sanders, a daughter of Mr and Mrs Michael Sanders, of Chawton, Hampshire, by whom he has issue.

Sir Filmer Honywood, 11th Baronet 1930-2025

 Sir Filmer Honywood, 11th Baronet, died 18 September, 2025. He was 95.

Filmer Courtenay William Honywood was born 20 May, 1930, son of Sir William Wynne Honywood, 10th Baronet MC (1891-1982), and his wife the former Maud Naylor Wilson (1888-1953); and succeeded to the baronetcy (created in 1660) on the death of his father, 10 August, 1982.

He married 12 May, 1956, Elizabeth Margaret Mary Cynthia Miller (1931-1996), daughter of Sir Alastair Miller of Glenlee, 6th Baronet (1893-1964), and his second wife the former Margaret May Shotter (who died 1978), by whom he had two sons, Rupert and Simon, and two daughters, Mary and Judith. The elder son, Rupert Anthony Honywood (born 2 March, 1957), succeeds as 12th Baronet.

The Baron Campbell of Pittenweem, CH, CBE, PC 1941-2025

 The Baron Campbell of Pittenweem, CH, CBE, PC, who died 26 September, 2025, aged 84, was a life peer, and was the Liberal Democrat MP for North East Fife from 1987 to 2015 known as 'Ming' Campbell, and served as Leader of the Liberal Democrats from 2006 to 2007, having been deputy leader since 2003.

(Walter) Menzies Campbell was born 22 May, 1941, son of George Alexander Campbell and his wife the former Elizabeth Jean Adam Phillips, & was educated at Hillhead High School and the University of Glasgow, graduating with a Scottish Master of Arts (MA) in 1962 and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 1965. He was elected President of the Glasgow University Liberal Club in 1962, and of the Glasgow University Union for 1964–65.

He was Liberal spokesman on the arts, broadcasting and sport 1987-1988, Liberal Spokesman on sport and defence 1988-94, Lib spokesman on Foreign Affairs & Defence 1994-1997, later chief spokesman on Foreign Affairs, on Europe 1997-2001, on Defence 1997-2001, member of numerous parliamentary committees.

He was appointed CBE (1987), PC (1999), KC (Scotland) 1982.

Menzies Campbell married in 1970, as her second husband, Elspeth Mary, Lady Grant-Suttie, former wife of Sir George Philip Grant-Suttie, 8th Baronet (1938-1997), and daughter of Major-General Robert Elliott Urquhart, CB, DSO (1901-1988), and his wife the former Pamela Condon (who died 2006).

Lady Campbell of Pittenweem died in 2023.

Lord Campbell of Pittenweem's step-son is Sir James Edward Grant-Suttie, 9th Baronet (born 29 May, 1965).

Louise, Lady Harrison (née Clive), who died 17 September, 2025, aged 89, was the widow of Sir Michael Harrison, 2nd Baronet.

She was born 24 September, 1944, as Rosamund Louise Clive, scion of that landed gentry family of Perrystone, the daughter of Edward Buxton Clive (1909-1975), and his wife the former Rita Kathleen Robertson (1906-1999); and married 22 July, 1967, Michael James Harwood Harrison (born 28 March, 1936), son and heir of Sir James Harwood Harrison, 1st Baronet (1907-1980), sometime Conservative MP for Eye, and a Lord Commissioner of the Treasury 1956-59, and Comptroller of the Household 1959-61, in the governments of Eden and Macmillan, by his wife the former Peggy Alberta Mary Stenhouse (who died 13 Aug, 2019).

Her husband, of Haskerton, co Suffolk, died 13 August, 2019, aged 83.

Lady Harrison leaves issue, two sons, Sir Edwin Harrison, 3rd Baronet (born 29 May, 1981), and Tristan (born 22 Apr, 1986), and two daughters, Auriol (born 27 May, 1968) and Priscilla (born 30 Apr, 1971).
