_. Shannon Ralli [nee Tham], wife of Philip Neil David Ralli [born 1983], scion of the Ralli baronets, gave birth to twins, a son Luke, and a daughter, Nyla, in Singapore, 15 June, 2019.
Philip Ralli is the son and heir of Sir David Charles Ralli, 4th Baronet [born 1946], by his wife the former Jacqueline Smith.
Shannon Ralli is daughter of Mr & Mrs Ang Kwong Tham, of Singapore.
