_. Michael Robert Fearon Gunningham, who died at Hastings, 5 April, 2019, aged 94, was briefly an uncle [by marriage] of Diana, Princess of Wales.
He married in 1981 [div 1989] as her third husband, the Hon Mary Cynthia Burke Roche [born 1934], elder sister of the Hon Mrs Frances Shand Kydd, and daughter of the 4th Baron Fermoy [1885-1955], by his wife Ruth, Baroness Fermoy, DCVO, OBE [nee Gill, 1908-93].
