(Lucy) Annabel Speir (nee Douglas-Pennant, b 1977), scion of the Barons Penrhyn, wife of Edward F. Speir, scion of that LG family, gave birth to a son, Toby Francis Oliver, 7 Aug 2009, a brother for Poppy.
Edward is the elder son of Mr & Mrs Adrian Speir, of Melsonby, North Yorkshire, & Annabel is a daughter of Mr Hugh Archibald Douglas-Pennant (b. 1951), of Stansfield, Suffolk, by his first wife, the former Henrietta Berger (now Mrs Henrietta Green, of Tichborne, Hampshire).
