Rachel Emma Vernon-Harcourt (nee Langrish), wife of the Hon Edward William Vernon-Harcourt, (b. 1973), second son of the 11th Baron Vernon and Baroness Vernon, of Debden Green, Saffron Walden, gave birth to a dau, Scarlet Lucy, 16 July 2009, a sister for Freddie, who was b 28 May, 2007.
Rachel is the elder daughter of Mr Michael Langrish & his wife Esther, of Exeter.
