The sad loss of a fine man. Philip was a gracious, strong and humble man with a wonderful sense of humour.
His love of golf, Rugby and cricket in ever changing priorities could always provoke a lively discussion!
His well documented career is a testimony to his selfless dedication to duty. He was truly blessed with the support of his wife,Joanna and daughters Sally and Jill. A man I will always admire and remember.
