Michael Rose died 6 March, 2026, aged 90.
He was a son of Jack Rosenberg, and married 2 Oct, 1958, Dr Susan Phyllida Latham, daughter of Lieutenant-Colonel Edward Latham, MC (who died 1957), of Oak Knoll, Sunningdale, and his wife Lady Gwendoline Lucy Constance Rushworth Jellicoe (1903-1997), daughter of Admiral the 1st Earl Jellicoe, GCB, OM, GCVO (1859-1935), and his wife the former Florence Gwendoline Cayzer (who died 1964), by whom he had issue, three sons, David, Bernard and Philip, and a daughter, Dinah.
