Sir Timothy William Lycett Milner, 10th Baronet, died in Thailand, 4 November, 2024, aged 88.
He was the tenth baronet of Appleton Hall in the County of York. The baronetcy was created in 1717 for William Milner, MP for York.
He was born 11 October, 1936, the elder son of Sir George Edward Mordaunt Milner, 9th Baronet (1911-1995), and his wife the former Barbara Audrey Belsham (who died 17 January, 1951).
He succeeded to the baronetcy on his father's death, 18 December, 1995.
The baronetcy now passes to his nephew, Marcus Charles Mordaunt Milner (born 6 January, 1968), son of the late Charles Mordaunt Milner (1944-2015), and his wife Lady Charlene Mary Olivia French (born 17 May, 1946), eldest daughter of the 3rd Earl of Ypres (1921-1988).
