Rosie Elphinstone (nee Davies), wife of the Hon Fergus David Elphinstone (born 1985), scion of the Lords Elphinstone, gave birth to a daughter, Willow Rose, in 2022, a sister for Hamish Frederick, who was born in 2017, and Flora Sally, born in 2018.
Fergus is the third son of the late 18th Lord Elphinstone (1953-1994), and his wife the former Willa Mary Gabriel Chetwode (born 25 May, 1954), scion of the Barons Chetwode.
