_. Christopher Henry Boone, who died 6 July, 2018, was born in 1947, eldest son of Maj Frederick Boone, MC, who married in 1946, Barbara Mary Otter (1919-2008), dau of Lt-Col Robin Otter, MC (d 1965), by his wife the former Mary Laura Troubridge, scion of the Troubridge baronets.
