The engagement was announced 23 Oct, 2017, between Frederick Edward Ponsonby (born 1986), scion of the Ponsonby baronets, younger son of Sir Charles Ponsonby, 3rd Baronet (b 1951) of Woodstock, Oxfordshire, by his wife the former Mary Priscilla Bromey Davenport, scion of that landed family, & Joanna Kate Sutton (born 1987), daughter of Robert Hiles Sutton (b 1954), of Newton Valence, Hampshire, by his wife the former Carola Jane Dewey (b 1955), scion of the Dewey baronets.
