_. The engagement was announced 4 March, 2017, between Harry J. Hirsch, son of Mr Leopold Hirsch and Mrs Jeanie Hirsch, and Octavia Jessica Dickisnon [b 1986], younger daughter of Simon Clervaux Dickinson (descended from the Chaytor baronets), by his second wife the former Hon Jessica Rosetta Mancroft [b 1954], daughter of the late 2nd Baron Mancroft.
Octavia Dickinson is a niece the Hon Victoria Mancroft, who wed Prince Nicholas von Preussen.
Harry Hirsch is descended from the Messel landed family, from whom descend the Earls of Snowdon.
