Harley Hay, M.A., styled Viscount Dupplin, (b. 20 December, 1962),
gave birth to a 1st son, William Hay, born 24 June, 2011, a brother
for the Hon Alice Hay, the Hon Catriona, & the Hon Auriol Hay.

Visc Dupplin is the only son and heir of the 15th Earl of Kinnoull,
and the former Gay Ann Lowson, and the Viscountess is the daughter of
His Honour William Hamilton Raymund Crawford, Q.C., (His Honour Judge
Crawford, a Circuit Judge since 1986), and Mrs William Crawford, (nee
Marilyn Jean Colville), of Dalgonar, Dumfriesshire. Lord Dupplin is a
barrister; director of Hiscox Underwriting, Ltd, since 1995; was
Associate, Credit Suisse First Boston Ltd, 1985-88; Underwriter,
Roberts & Hiscox, then Hiscox Syndicates Ltd, 1990-95. Lieutenant,
Atholl Highlanders, since 1993; Chairman of the Royal Caledonian Ball,
since 1996.

Deputy Speaker, House of Lords 1990-2003. She was Venetia Cunitia Mary Steward, only dau. of Maj Charles Anthony Steward, of The Platt, Crondall, co. Surrey, and married Lord Oxfuird in 1980. He died 3 Jan, 2003.

_Ambrose Congreve, CBE, owner of Mount Congreve, Co Waterford, who was b 1907, son of Maj John Congreve by his wife Lady Helena Ponsonby, dau of the 8th Earl of Bessborough; died 24 May, 2011, aged 104. He married in 1935, Marjorie Glasgow.

The Hon Mark Hubert Lascelles is the son of the Earl of Harewood by his 2nd wife, the former Patricia Tuckwell. He married 1stly, in 1992, Andrea Kershaw, and has issue.

The former Rosalind Bernice Nott, she married Shaun James Christian Welbore Ellis Agar,6th Earl of Normanton as his second wife following the peer's divorce from his 1st spouse, the former Victoria Susan Beard.
The funeral is to take place at St Mary & All Saints Church, Ellingham, close to the family stately pile, 24 June.

The Hon Laura Pettman (nee Fellowes, born 19 July, 1980), wife of Nicholas Peter Pettman (born 1974), gave birth to a son, Joe Peter, in 2011.

Nicholas Pettman is a son of David Pettman, by his wife the former Jennifer Mosse.

The Hon Laura Pettman, is a daughter of the Baron Fellowes, GCVO (b 1941), life peer, former Private Secretary to Her Majesty the Queen, by his wife the former Lady (Cynthia) Jane Spencer (b 11 Feb 1957), dau of the late 8th Earl Spencer, MVO (1924-92), by his wife the former Hon Frances Ruth Burke Roche (1936-2004), dau of the 4th Baron Fermoy.

Laura Pettman is a niece of the late Diana, Princess of Wales and a first cousin of the Princes William and Harry.

Widow of 10th Baron Monson dies at 103

_.Bettie Northrup Powell Phillips, who died at Guernsey, 9 June, 2011, was the widow of the 10th Baron Monson (1907-1958), & of Capt James Phillips. She was b circa 1908 the daughter of Lieut Col E Alexander Powell, of Journey's End, Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA, and married John Rosebery Monson in 1931. He died in 1958 and she married 2ndly,1962, Capt James Phillips. She was predeceased in February 2011 by her elder son, the 11th Baron Monson. Funeral at the Parish Church of St Pierre du Bois, Guernsey, 23 June, 2011.

Death of former Dean of Lincoln

_.Very Rev. The Hon Oliver William Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes, Dean of Lincoln 1968-89, died 8 June, 2011, aged 85. He was a scion of the Barons Saye & Sele, and was a younger brother of the 21st Baron. He was born in 1926, and married Juliet Heaton in 1956, and had issue. He was predeceased by Mrs T-W-F. The funeral is to be held at Lincoln Cathedral, 21 June, 2011, at 2pm.

Sophie is a granddaughter of the 7th Earl of Harewood, KBE [1923-2011],  and a great-granddaughter of HRH The Princess Mary, Princess Royal, Countess of Harewood [1897-1965], and a great-great-granddaughter of HM King George V [1865-1936].

Sophie was born before her parents married and is therefore not in line of succession to the throne.
