The engagement was announced 25 May, 2022, between Charles Bertram Wakeford (born 8 May, 1991), son of Joseph S.C. Wakeford, of Chew Magna, Somerset, and his wife the former Alice Helena Clark (born 1958), & Tamara Alexandra Bell (born 26 December, 1993), elder daughter of Timothy Francis Bell, of Swinbrook, Oxfordshire, and his wife the former Eliza Fitzalan Howard (born 17 November, 1964), scion of the Dukes of Norfolk.
