Barbara Joan Somerset who died in Queensland, Australia, 20 July, 2017, aged 83, was a scion of the Dukes of Beaufort.
She was born 2 October, 1933, the second daughter of Capt. Charles William Henry Rollo Somerset, MC (1895-1936), of Caboonbah, Queensland, Australia, and his wife the former Glory Kathleen Turner (who died 1973). She descended from the 5th Duke of Beaufort, and was unmarried.
