Mitchell, youngest son of Mr & Mrs Martin Mitchell, of Llanarth, Monmouthshire, & Hero Cecilia Dalrymple [b 1989] scion of the Hamilton-Dalrymple baronets, eldest daughter of Hew Richard Dalrymple [b 3 Sept, 1955] of North Berwick, East Lothian, by his wife the former Jane Elizabeth Morris.
