Lord Apsley is the son and heir of the 9th Earl Bathurst [born 11 March, 1961], of Cirencester Park, Gloucestershire, by his first wife the former Hilary Jane George [now Hilary, Baroness Apsley].
Lady Apsley is the youngest daughter of Michael and Debra Kushma, of New York City, United States.
