Henry Birrell is a son of Christopher Ros Stewart Birrell [born 1954], of Cucklington, Somerset, by his wife the former Emma G.A. Breton [born 1956].
Camilla Sophie E. Birrell is a scion of that landed gentry family, the elder daughter of Patrick Elrington O'Reilly-Blackwood Davidson-Houston [born 1954], of Colkirk, Norfolk, by his wife the former Angelina F. Nelson-Sullivan [born 1958].
