The engagement was announced 9 January, 2023, between George William de Blaquire Maltby (born 1989), scion of that landed gentry family, son of William John Maltby (born 5 September, 1959), of Baughurst, Hampshire, and his wife the former Sarah Catherine Ekins (born 1961); & Isabel Hunt, daughter of Mr John Hunter, of Blewbury, Oxfordshire, and Mrs Simon Hoskyns, of Fulham, London.
