The engagement was announced 16 January, 2024, between Benjamin H. Brind, elder son of Oliver Brind, of Hammersmith, London, and his wife the former Karen Taylor, and Josephine Juliet Dallas (born 1997), eldest daughter of James Alexander (Jim) Dallas (born 1964), of Hammersmith, and his wife Dr the Hon (Annabel) Frances Goodhart (born 30 August, 1967), daughter of the life peer the late Baron Goodhart, QC (1933-2017), and his wife the former Hon Celia McClare Herbert (born 25 July, 1939), daughter of the 2nd Baron Hemingford (1904-1982).
