Capt Nigel Pease, who died 30 December, 2023, aged 89, was a scion of the Pease baronet.
He was born in 1934, son of Maj Philip Ivan Pease (1900-1964), and his wife the former Doris Madeline Crichton (1904-1993), scion of the Earls of Erne; and married in 1963, Ailsa Smith-Maxwell (desceased), daughter of John Douglas Hamilton Smith-Maxwell (1902-1959), and his wife the former Winifred Joan Formby(1904-2000), scion of that landed gentry family, by whom he had issue, a daughter, Karen Ailsa Pease (born 1970).
