The engagement was announced 30 August, 2025, between William Russell Coolidge Seymour (born 1994), scion of the Marquesses of Hertford & Barons Howard De Walden, younger son of Thomas Oliver Seymour (born 20 October, 1952), of Heveningham, Suffolk, and his wife Sallie Ward Coolidge, & Dr Soraya C. Rahall, elder daughter of Abdallah and Geraldine Rahall of Clapham, London.
