Zia Kruger (nee Foxwell), who died 6 July, 2026, aged 95, was descended from the Earls of Cavan.
She was born 3 December, 1940, daughter of Major Ivan Cottam Foxwell (1914-2002), and his 1st wife the former Lady Edith Sybil Lambart (1918-1996), scion of the Earls of Cavan; and married 1stly, 1 October, 1968 (div. 1991), David Joseph Kruger, son of Bernard John Kruger, of Montreal; married 2ndly, 1995 (div. 1996), Pierre Vacher. She leaves a son, from her first marriage, Patrick Gene Foxwell (born 9 Aug, 1972).
Following her second divorce she resumed the surname of Kruger.
