The engagement was announced 24 July, 2026, between Kevin A. Reeves, son of Mr William Reeves and Mrs Lesley Reeves, of Ottawa, Canada, and Davina Nkechi Rozelle Thorne (born 29 November, 1992), descended from the Barons Penrhyn, daughter of Ian David Peel Thorne (1944-2021), and his wife the former Paula Nkechi Enwezoh (Mrs Ian Thorne, of Kneesall, Nottinghamshire).
