Timothy John Trusted died 1st September, 2026, aged 82. He was descended from the Warmingtson baronets.
He was born in 1944, son of John Marshall Trusted (1914-1979), by his first wife Eileen Muriel Hopton (1913-1996), daughter of Ulric Hopton (1875-1962), and his wife the former Marguerite Place (1891-1979).
His grandfather, Sir Harry Herbert Trusted, QC (1888-1985), sometime Chief Justice of Palestine and later of the Federated Malay States, married Mary Agnes Marshall Warmington (1889-1983), daughter of Sir Cornelius Marshall Warmington, 1st Baronet, QC (1842-1908).
He married in April, 1968, Jean Helen Illingworth (born 1946), daughter of Henry George Coats Illingworth, and his wife the former Violet Dawn Gold, by whom he had issue, two sons, Jocelyn Timothy (born 1971), and Dominic Mark (born 1973), husband of the Hon Camilla Astor [born 1974), daughter of the 3rd Baron Astor of Hever.
