Rosa Laura L. Leigh-Pemberton (née Goodman), wife of Robert Eustace Walter Leigh-Pemberton [born 1991], scion of that landed gentry family, gave birth to a daughter, Primrose Merriweather Lightbody, a sister for Marigold Loveday Lightbody, born 4 November, 2023.
Rosa is a daughter of Professor Robert Goodman, of Dulwich Village, and his wife the former Susan N. Lightbody. Robert is the second son of the Hon John David Leigh-Pemberton [born 16 March, 1955], of Frinsted, Kent, and his wife the former Kathryn Felice Lampard, and is a grandson paternally of the life peer the Baron Kingsdown, KG, JP, PC [1927-2013], who as Sir Robin Leigh-Pemberton was Governor of the Bank of England 1983-1993.
